Pricing
To rent the White Lily Farm the cost is $6000 plus a $500 refundable cleaning/damage deposit.
A non-refundable retainer fee of $500 is due at the time of booking to hold your date and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your big day!
Dates are available May through October.
Rental includes the use of the grounds or barn for the ceremony and the reception, the tables and chairs, and the use of the bridal suite.

A custom bar that can be moved around the upper level and a second bar that can be used on the lower level *(neither bar has taps) with 2 standing coolers for use behind the bars.
An antique white mantle to be used behind your head table
A brand NEW Bridal Suite located on the lower level of the barn with plenty of space for your hair and makeup to be done onsite and for the Bride and Bridesmaids to get ready!
Extras
We require that every couple invests in a One Million Dollar event insurance policy to protect you as a new couple.
Also, if you are serving alcohol, you must either use one of our recommended bartending services, or they must be approved. Liquor Liability Insurance must be provided, and all bartenders must be INSURED and RAMP Certified.
Parking
There is a huge parking lot available right on our grounds.
What time...
When you book The White Lily Farm for your reception, you will have access to the barn starting at 9:00 AM on Friday morning and can setup until 4:00 PM and we make sure to lock everything up, so everything stays perfect for your big day.
Saturday is YOUR day! All we ask is that the music is done by 10:30 and that we are able to lock up at 11:00 PM
Sunday we open the barn back up for "clean up" from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
Clean Up...
When you hear the words clean up don't let that frighten you! We have garbage cans and bags available and a dumpster. We just ask that all the garbage is cleaned up Saturday night before you leave so we don't get any unwelcome visitors and you have Sunday to get all of your personal belongings.
We take care of cleaning all the tables and chairs and putting everything away as well as cleaning the entire barn after every wedding so that it is back in the best condition possible for the next couple.
